    Interval style class which allows each person to work at his/her own personal fitness level. The class includes a variety of exercises and equipment targeting full body resistance training, core/abdominal strength, balance and agility. Suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced - YOU control the intensity of the workout! No registration required!     inBalance is excited to offer a FREE yoga class to all City of Springfield employees and their family members! Classes are taught by certified instructor, Mona Alphin. All fitness levels are welcome. Mats and equipment are provided, but feel free to bring your own! Classes are great for beginners, with challenging poses available for the advanced.
