Weekly Workouts for City Employees

Need some motivation, camaraderie with your co-workers, or just want to have some fun? Join one of our weekly workout groups! Each group meets over the lunch hour and offers a fun way to get your blood pumping in the middle of the day. New participants are required to sign an exercise waiver form to participate. Contact each workout leader for more information.

Interval style class which allows each person to work at his/her own personal fitness level. The class includes a variety of exercises and equipment targeting full body resistance training, core/abdominal strength, balance and agility. Suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to advances - YOU control the intensity of the workout!
No registration required!  New participants are required to sign an exercise waiver available at the class.
