Weekly Workouts for City Employees

Need some motivation, camaraderie with your co-workers, or just want to have some fun? Join one of our weekly workout groups! Each group meets over the lunch hour and offers a fun way to get your blood pumping in the middle of the day. New participants are required to sign an exercise waiver form to participate. Contact each workout leader for more information.

Workout Remix

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:30 - 1:15 PM
The Mill Building, 216 West Central St.

Tuesdays - A mix of cardio and toning, suitable for people of all fitness levels.

Thursdays - Participants get to choose from a mix of different workouts such as Pilates, Pound, Kickboxing, and Zumba. 

No registration required!  New participants are required to sign an exercise waiver available at the class.
